Delivered A New Project in Buraidah City

Saudi Tunneling Company for Contracting, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Construction KSA, is proud to announce that it has successfully delivered the project of Construction of conveyor lines and sewage networks west of Buraidah city including MT, Shaft and finishing work. The project is owned by National Water Company along with the main contractor Bin Omairah Contracting Company.

The Microtunnelling works include the installation of DN800 mm reinforced concrete jacking pipe lined with GRP with an outer diameter of 1090 mm, and the installation of DN1200 mm reinforced concrete jacking pipe lined with GRP with an outer diameter 1490mm, the total length executed by Microtunnelling is 5.963 KM.

The scope of work consists of finishing works for 46 tunnels and includes its related works, construction of 23 shafts, and finishing works for 19 shafts.

The scope of work included a 250 LM crossing in one shot without intermediate shafts; it is considered a long crossing that reaches the machine’s maximum design capacity, a milestone for STCC in the underground utility sector.
